1. Data Collection
SCNM Hub does not store your personal information on our servers. When you search for a service center, your search parameters (brand, device type, location) are used to query the Gemini API and Google Maps data.
2. Local Storage
We use IndexedDB in your browser to cache your recent searches. This data remains on your device and is never uploaded to our servers. You can clear this data at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
3. Geolocation
If you choose to use the "Use Location" feature, your coordinates are processed locally to find nearby centers. This information is only shared with the Gemini API to facilitate the search and is not stored by us.
4. Third-Party Services
Our service utilizes the Google Gemini API and Google Maps. Use of these services is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We also use CDNs (Content Delivery Networks) to load libraries like Leaflet, Tailwind CSS, and Lucide Icons.
